Okay. This is my personal recipe and I use it daily. This is safe enough for your kids to drink and they love the flavor. Do not let children skip meals - they have so much energy and burn it so fast they will be fine.

1 cup of plain non fat yogurt

1 whole bannana

10 frozen non sweeten strawberrys- I buy them at costco in the big jumbo bags.

You can use fresh but I like the frozen because it replace the ice.. Refreshing!

1/2 a cup of 1% or skim milk

You can also use Soy Milk(better for you)

1 powder package of A.C.T Energy Drink Formula

one teaspoon of honey( add for sweetness, to your taste. Less or more)

You will need a blender. Mix well. Pour and enjoy! You can drink this with a small meal

or as a meal replacement. IT WORKS!
